We are actively looking for Realtors interested in affiliating with us to become the leaders in the fractional industry in their resort areas. Through our unique website based matching system we can help our Affiliates find buyers for their properties, and send buyers groups ready to purchase other listed properties as well. The Buyers Groups section of the website facilitates buyers in getting together and fractionalizing whole properties. We include other broker's listings on our site as a service to our clients and are developing an extensive database of buyers, so this is an opportunity that forward thinking Realtors will not want to miss.

DreamSlice Affiliates can also use our document package to help their clients fractionalize their properties. Many resort area Realtors have high-end listings that may be sitting too long on the market which should be considered prime candidates for fractionalization.
